A deposit of one night's fee is required for all reservations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival to get a refund of your deposit. Please have your credit card on hand, as the refund will be made when you call.

Holiday Weekends

Holiday Weekends please add $5 per night.

Three nights minimum for holiday weekends.

All rates plus 13% H.S.T.

Off Season

Our off season is May 1 to June 17 and Sept 14 to Oct 30.

Rates are for a family of 2 adults and 4 children under age 18.

Extra adult in same unit $7 a night. Extra Tent $20 a night.

Seasonal Camping Inclusions

Includes: 30 amp electric, water, sewer, picnic table, and fire ring.

Two adults, and their children/grandchildren under the age of 19.

Site fees start at $2380

Add adult children for $75 a season.
